Client training

Training the resources at the client company is important for them to take advantage of and feel at home in using their Relatude solution.

The people that are going to use Relatude need to be trained. This is something that should be done before they start adding content. Preferably the training should use an almost completed website, so they are trained on the site they are going to use later. You can of course use one of the Relatude demo sites, but in our experience, the training will be much more effective if it’s using their own site. In many cases you also get a lot of good feedback regarding the implementation during a training session. Use the feedback you get to tweak the site.

How much training you need to schedule depends on a lot of factors like how complex the website is and how much experience with computers and content management systems the users have. In most sites, a 2-4 hour session is enough for content contributors. Super users and administrators need more training than regular content contributors / editors.
