Important fix regarding sites hanging on startup
Build 1765 contains an important workaround of a bug in Owin that can degrade the developer experience in Relatude
The bug in Owin can cause Relatude to hang during startup. The Owin middleware ends up in an endless loop when trying to determine the culture of the current thread. The problem and solution is described in the following blogpost:
