Language handling
Relatude has deep support for different languages built in to the system. In this document we will show you to setup different languages in an installation.
Basics
An installation can have one or more languages (cultures). Each Site in that installation must use at least one of the installed languages.
The languages in an installation must first be defined in the Content.definition file.
Configuring a site to use activated languages
The screenshot below shows a site with 10 installed languages. The first language listed in the default language. If not all the languages defined in the Content.definition file has been added, additional languages can be added with the "Select" button.
Relatude automatically creates a language node on the first startup after a new language has been added to the content.definition file.
Working with languages in the UI
If a site has more than one language, all the blades for content that belongs to that site will show a dropdown of the active languages in the site. By changing the language in the dropdown, the language version shown changes.
