Is there a guide or method to build my base system in a OWL file editor and then reimport it back into Webnodes?

Something like topbraid composer?  

 Do you support SPARQL and exposing ontology endpoints?

We're planning to add support for importing ontologies from several different formats, including RDFS and OWL. Exactly when we'll launch it isn't determined yet as we're in the middle of updating the roadmap, but at the moment sometime in the summer looks like a good estimate, but this might change both ways.

Exporting the ontology to OWL or RDFS isn't something we have a very high priority on at the moment, but if you could give us some examples on situations where that might be useful, we might prioritize differently.

Well, that’s really what I wanted to hear and great news.  We are still in the evaluation phase for your product and still have to model our IP.  We wanted to make sure we could do things in the future like, export the ontology model and run inference engines or workflows over it, or tie our model into other ontology’s and build a federated model with 3rd parties.  Giving the export/Import into owl could allow us to build in other tools and make sure we don’t break the underlying relationships you use for the CMS.
